Akash Solar installation for Dhamrai Water Management Cooperative

Dhaka, Bangladesh, 18 May 2010 – Akash Solar today announced the installation of a 500 watt solar electric system for the Dhamrai Water Management Cooperative in Dhamrai, Bangladesh. This system, the first in Dhamrai will power the cooperative’s main administrative office building including ceiling fans, lighting, computers and mobile phones. The office previously did not have access to electricity.
